We offer free delivery for all orders within Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Once you have placed your order, we need 1 to 2 business days to process it, and delivery takes 2 to 4 days. On weekdays, it takes one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.
How to order
To order one of our products at Vamos-mode , you first need to add the desired product to the shopping cart on the product page. To do this, click the green "Add to Cart" button.
Be sure to check that you have selected the correct options. If everything is correct, click the "Secure Checkout" button. On the information page, you must enter the correct address details. Once this information is entered correctly, you can click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
On the "Shipping" page, you can confirm the address details you entered. You will also see that every shipment is delivered free of charge. As a thank you to our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed to checkout by clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
You have a choice of different payment methods. At Vamos-mode , all payment methods are SSL encrypted, meaning you can always rely on a secure payment environment.

Once you have chosen the correct payment method, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button, and you will be redirected to the secure payment environment for your chosen payment method. Follow the instructions on that page to complete your order. If you have any problems completing your order, you can contact us at any time.
Have you found the perfect look or accessory on our website? Of course, you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That’s why we almost always ship your order the same day. The average delivery time for your order is therefore 15 working days. You will receive an email from us as soon as your order has been shipped. On our "My Order" page, you can then track the progress of your order yourself.

Free, risk-free delivery
Your package will be shipped with insurance and a tracking code. So you take no risk when ordering on our website. Don’t worry about hidden fees or shipping costs, as all deliveries are completely free.
Returns
Once your order has been delivered, you have at least 30 days to try out the scooter. If you are not satisfied, simply return the product without giving any reason. Please note that the product must be in new condition. Do you have questions about our return policy? Please read the page to the right of the cancellation page. If you need personal assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Return to sender
If the package is delivered to your home or dropped off at a post office, Vamos-mode has paid for the delivery of the package. If the package does not arrive or is not picked up from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the sender, and we have the right to deduct 15 euros from the refund you will receive.
Damaged or defective products.
Unfortunately, it can happen that your order is damaged during delivery. As a customer, you obviously cannot do anything in this case. Please contact our customer service immediately by sending an email to info@vamosmode.com. Please take photos of the issue and attach them to the email.
Without these photos, you cannot return the product. Unfortunately, we will not be able to find a suitable solution for you. Our customer service team will process your message as quickly as possible and work with you to find the best possible solution.
Please note that we (the retailer) are not responsible for refused delivery or uncollected packages and cannot issue a refund if the customer refuses delivery or does not pick up the order within the specified time (usually 5 to 7 days).
